The only participating community in Geauga County at this time is Chardon. Homeowners in Chardon that have a home 50 years old and older are eligible for our Technical Assistance services only. Loans are not available at this time.

Hudson, Ohio

Summit County - Hudson

The Heritage Home Program has partnered with the City of Hudson! Hudson is currently the only community in Summit County participating in the Heritage Home Program. Homeowners of properties that are 50 years or older now have access to free technical assistance, personalized site visits, and financing as low as 2%.

Lending in Hudson:

    • Loans are available through KeyBank
    • PLEASE NOTE: In Summit County, loans are only available to Low or Moderate Income Buyers. For a 1-2 Person household the maximum family income is $66,700 and for households of 3 or more persons, the maximum family income is $76,705.
Oberlin, Ohio

Lorain County - Oberlin

The only participating community in Lorain county at this time is Oberlin. Homeowners in Oberlin that have a home 50 years old and older are eligible for our Technical Assistance services only. Loans are not available at this time.
