Past Projects

Take a look at a few of the before and after pictures of rehab projects that used the Heritage Home Program.

This impressive Swiss Chalet Revival style house was in probate for two years, vacant and vandalized.

The homeowner used the Heritage Home Program to complete a total rehab, inside and out.

The Heritage Home Program can also garages and additions sympathetic in scale, architectural style and general context for the property.

This house is a three-time Heritage Home Program participant!

The first homeowner started the initial rehab in 1993. The second homeowner used the Heritage Home Program for exterior carpentry repairs, painting and a kitchen renovation. In 2003, the homeowner again used the program for a fresh coat of paint.

This Heritage Home Program project shows how a modest investment of less than $11,000 can transform a house. The homeowner completed a new roof, exterior painting, and manicured the landscape.

These homeowners completed most of the work themselves.

They removed the aluminum siding, which put cash back into their budget. Carpentry repairs were made to the wood siding and a fresh coat of paint applied.

It was also important to them to restore the copper roof at the bay window on the side of the house.

The Heritage Home Programâ„  has been helping homeowners with home repairs and updates for more than 20 years. Check out our gallery of success stories to see how homeowners have been using our program for their homes.
